If the ladder is not right for you, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price.

What qualifies for a return

• The return is requested within 30 days of the delivery date.
• The ladder is in resalable condition: fully retracted, undamaged, and with all parts included.
• It is returned in its original box, or in packaging that protects it as well as the original did.

Who pays for what

We are a small operation and we do not have free return freight rates. A ladder is a large, heavy parcel, so please budget for the return shipping cost before you order. If that is a dealbreaker for you, we would rather you know now than after it arrives.

Damaged, defective, or wrong item

This one is on us, completely. If the ladder arrives damaged, has a manufacturing defect, or is not the item you ordered, we pay the return shipping and we refund you in full. Email us photos within 30 days of delivery and we will arrange it. Do not climb a ladder that arrived damaged.

How to start a return

1. Email info@local330gear.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
2. We reply within 2 business days with the return address and instructions.
3. Ship the ladder back and send us the tracking number.

Please do not ship anything back before you contact us. Returns sent without instructions may not reach the right warehouse.

When you get your money

Once the ladder arrives at the warehouse and passes inspection, we issue the refund within 5 business days. It goes back to the original PayPal account or payment method. Your bank may take a few extra days to display it.

Cancelling before it ships

If you email us before the order leaves the warehouse, we cancel it and refund you in full, with nothing deducted.
