Ships from a US warehouse

Every ladder ships from a warehouse inside the United States. Nothing is shipped from overseas to you, which is why it arrives in days rather than weeks.

Delivery time and cost

Carrier: UPS

Transit time: 5 to 8 business days from the day the order ships

Processing time: 1 to 2 business days before it ships

Shipping cost: free, included in the price ($149.99 for the 12.5 ft model, $179.99 for the 16.4 ft model)

Where we ship: the 48 contiguous United States

Areas we cannot reach

We currently do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, other US territories, PO boxes, or APO/FPO addresses. The ladder is an oversized parcel and those routes are not available to us at this price. We also do not ship internationally yet.

Tracking

When the ladder leaves the warehouse we email you a UPS tracking number. If you have not received tracking within 3 business days of ordering, email info@local330gear.com and we will chase it down.

If something goes wrong in transit

If the package arrives damaged, photograph the box and the ladder before you do anything else, and email us the photos. If a package is confirmed lost by UPS, we send a replacement or refund you in full. You are not left holding the loss on a shipment you never received.

Address accuracy

PayPal collects your shipping address at checkout, and that is the address we ship to. Please check it before you pay. If you spot a mistake, email us immediately: we can usually correct it before the order leaves the warehouse, but once UPS has it we cannot reroute an oversized parcel.
